Excludes:
- Conservancy Fees & extra activities applicable at time of booking
- Sundowner $50 per person (minimum 4 pax) – Full Setup
- Champagne, private cellar wines and luxury spirits
- Bush breakfast $50 per person (minimum 4 pax)
- Designated airstrip transfers $50 per vehicle – one way
- Exclusive use of vehicle US$ 375 per day
- Conservancy fees is $110.00 per person
- Gratuities & anything of a personal nature
- Late departure $120 per adult & $60 per child (inc. of extra lunch & game drive). This does not guarantee a late checkout
- Extra / Picnic lunch $40 per person (check out by 10:00 am)
- One child in their own tent is at 75% of the single occupancy rate
- 2 kids in their own tent, each pays 75% of the per person sharing rate
- The maximum number of singles is 3, the 4th and subsequent singles are charged at double room rate
- No triples or extra beds at The River Camp
- One adult sharing with one child, the adult pays a single occupancy rate, child pays 50% of the per person sharing rate
- Children under 8 years old not allowed
